A change to the mailing lists

As the project grows we need to reevaluate how we do things. Some of
the feedback we've received is that it's too difficult to join the
mailing lists since it requires a Google account. Also, the primary
mailing list is too noisy for those people who just want to receive
project updates.

To address this, we've created three new lists:
- New Releases
- Open Lighting Project News (the monthly newsletter)
- General Announcements

Each of these will have 1-2 messages per month. You can opt in to the lists at:

https://www.openlighting.org/openlightingproject/news/subscribe/

No sign in or password is required.

The main open-l...@googlegroups.com list will continue to function
as is. The open-lighti...@googlegroups.com list will be
deprecated in favor of the lists mentioned above.

Please share this with anyone you know who many be interested in
keeping up to date with the project.
