Looking for an API call to get All the songs/albums in my queue.

I'm trying to migrate all of the songs that are currently in my queue to separate playlist.  Is there a way to do this through the API?  I was hoping it would be listed in getPlaylists, but I wasn't able to find it.

I believe the only way to access to queue is via the JS API. When creating your app, be sure to turn on shared_playstate.
