I know what isExplicit indicates, what does isClean for?

Hi,

isClean and isExplicit are metadata that comes to us from record labels. isExplicit means that the label knows about explicit content (eg: bad words) in the song. isClean means that explicit content has been removed. So they'll both be false for anything that never contained any explicit content (eg: http://rd.io/x/Q1IjWqzU).

This data is only as good as what gets sent to us. While we do our best to correct things like artist misspellings we don't touch the explicit/clean metadata. It's probably pretty easy for you to find tracks that contain explicit material but aren't marked as explicit. For example the final track on: http://rd.io/x/Q1IjXN5R.
