Multiple repositories for a single user

Is there a way to have multiple rdiff-backup paths for a single user ?

I have multiple rdiff-backups with different paths and in various sub-folders.

Some backups are on internal drives and some are on external drives.

But rdiffweb will only allow you to use one path per user.

I know one solution is to have a user for each backup path, but this would be cumbersome even with just 9 repositories.

I tried to create links in one folder to all of my rdiff-backup-data folders, but this did not work
