Dear Alumnus, dear Alumna, and dear Partner,

 

I hope this email finds you well! 

We are very glad to announce that the DAAD is conducting in cooperation with the American University in Cairo this year’s Falling Walls Lab Cairo on 14^th of July 2021. 

The Falling Walls Lab is an international platform where excellent academics, entrepreneurs and professionals from all disciplines get the opportunity to present their research work, business models, innovative projects or ideas during 3 minutes in front of an audience and a jury. The winners of each local Lab qualify for the Falling Walls final in Berlin on 8^th of November every year.  

The DAAD will sponsor the winner's trip to the final in Berlin and he or she will profit from a funding and attention boost for his or her project. Additionally, the AUC will provide a special audience award for the idea that gets the most votes from the viewers. 

The application deadline is the 1^st of June 2021.
