It is our pleasure to inform you that Freie Universität Berlin Cairo Office for the eighth time in a row will take part in the special event „German Science Day 2019”, organized by the DAAD Cairo Office on 16 July 2019 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Conrad Cairo Hotel, 1191 Nile Corniche Cairo.
On this occasion professors and representatives from Freie Universität Berlin will hold the following lectures:
10:00 am - Dr. Danilo Marino, Berlin Graduate School Muslim Cultures and Societies:

1:45 pm - Prof. Dr. Eckart Rühl, Professor of Physical and Theoretical Chemistry, Institute of Chemistry and Biochemistry:
"How to enhance dermal drug delivery: Interdisciplinary Research at Freie Universität Berlin"(Lecture timings might slightly vary!)
Additionally, Freie Universität Berlin will be present at the German Science Day with an info stand to answer all your questions about doing your PhD or postdoc at FU Berlin. If you are in a further stage in your research and would like to discuss your proposal/research question you can also apply for a special counselling session with our experts covering the following disciplines: Chemistry and Biochemistry, Hydrogeology as well as the PHD and PostDoc Programs of the Berlin Graduate School Muslim Cultures and Societies. Applicants for the counselling sessions will be hand-selected and will be informed about their specific appointments by email from the FU Berlin Cairo Office.
