Subject: Call for PhD Fellows and goodbye for the time being
Dear Alumnus, dear Alumna, dear Partner,
I hope this email finds you well.
We are writing you today to share with you the announcement for the 16 PhD fellowships at the University of Jordan, funded by the DAAD Regional Centre "SAGE, Sustainable Adaptation to Climate Change in the Middle East".
The PhD students will be part of the SAGE Graduate School on Climate Change Studies, hosted by the University of Jordan, and will participate in a diversity of projects in the areas of Climate & Hydrology, Ecology & Biodiversity, Socio-Economy & Ecosystem services, and Governance & Ethics.
Kindly find attached the Call for further information and please feel free to share the announcement among institutes, universities and social media channels you consider appropriate in the Region.
Another note on my behalf: I would like to take this opportunity to say goodbye to you for the time being: I will be leaving the DAAD Regional Office Cairo and Egypt at the end of the month. I am moving back to Germany and who knows, maybe our paths will cross again in the future – it would be my pleasure!
Kindly note that the COSIMENA Team of the DAAD Regional Office in Cairo will take over and it is my pleasure to introduce to you my colleague Ms. Nermine Abdelaty, Project Coordinator of the COSIMENA project (here in cc).
I would like to thank you very much for the very good cooperation. I wish you all the best for the future and stay healthy!
Please accept my kindest regards,
Hannah Schirm
