rdf-translator updated to 5.0.0

Dear RDFlib devs,

The online RDF conversion tool based on RDFlib, RDF Translator at https://rdf-translator.appspot.com/ has just been updated to RDFlib 5.0.0. So now it does some nice things like not include unused prefixes in Turtle.

Thanks to the original developer Alex Stolz for returning to this tool after many years for the update.

We will soon move the source code tool into the RDFlib organisation in GitHub as we continue to try and get as many useful RDF/RDFlib-based tools written in Python there as we can.
