Parser support of rdf-star in rdflib

Hello, I used in my code parseQuery from rdflib.plugins.sparql.parser to parser my sparql queries. however I realized that this parser doesn't support the syntax of rdf-star queries.

Is there any new implementations in rdflib that supports the syntax of RDF-Star?

There is a Pull Request that adds support for much of RDF-Star and SPARQL-Star, https://github.com/RDFLib/rdflib/pull/2115, but it's been sitting there for a while with no action since the student who worked on it finished his studies last year.

Any additions to that PR to get it implemented would be much appreciated.

I repeat my recommendation from that PR: RDF-star is still not a W3C
Rec, and there is ongoing work on it, so any added support today must
be considered experimental and could undergo further changes (semantic
and possibly even syntactic).
