6.1.1 released

Hi all,

The maintainers have just released 6.1.1! This release has a large number of updates to the tests, CI/CT systems and a few new nice extensions like HexTuples parsers/serializers.

We now also support Python 3.10 and many small bugs and inefficiencies have been improved.

A particular thanks to Iwan Aucamp for his huge amount of work in the last few months.

Don't ask about 6.1.0... I may have forgotten to commit everything before releasing that...
