Working with namespaces

A few questions about working with namespaces:

Is there a way to delete a namespace prefix?

When you merge or subtract graphs, are the namespaces also merged, subtracted?

Is there a way to export all the namespace declarations, even those not used? (In support for later entity definitions or retaining what was there)?
