mailing list tidy-up

Dear RDFLib mailing list,

We have received a bit of spam on this list recently so I will be tidying up member lists including banning email addresses that have sent lots of spam.

Then I will be stepping up the use of this list generally as we step up RDFLib updates too.

If you get banned from this list but want to remain on it - perhaps your email address sent spam without you knowing - please email me directly at ni...@kurrawong.net to be re-added.
