Devtools

Hello Everyone

I hope everyone is doing well. I just update r and then try to install packages using install from repository ( CRAN) and am done with many packages. The problem was with devtools, which installed but did not function or appear in the packages list for activation. 

I am getting this error. 

Error in loadNamespace(x) : there is no package called ‘devtools’

After running this syntax

devtools::install_github("VEZY/DynACof")

and calling library ("devtools") or either without quotation marks "

Please someone help me.
