A way to turn off spell-checking or to add function names etc. to the dictionary?

Hi,

I get that hunspell checking can be valuable.

But without a way to add to the dictionary, this gives me a list of 200+ occasions of words it doesn't know.

Is there a way to:

1. Turn off spell-check

2. Add words to a local dictionary?
