Failure to install devtools on RStudio v3.4.4

Hello group,

I tried to install devtools on RStudio v3.4.4. I used my own desktop. I failed to do it.

Here is the comment I used: install.packages("devtools"), and here is the log file.

I was wondering if I miss any package before installing the devtools. Can anyone help me with this?
