Hi All,

I put a Windows 7 Pro workstation's RDP service on to high security from Medium and it broke rdesktop:

$ rpm -qa \*rdesktop\*
rdesktop-1.8.3-1.el7.nux.x86_64

ERROR: CredSSP: Initialize failed, do you have correct kerberos tgt initialized ?
Failed to connect, CredSSP required by server.

How do I fix this?

Many thanks,
-T

Hi,
rdesktop does only support NLA (CredSSP + kerberos) and you need to
configure your linux machine to authenticate against a Active Directory
for kerberos functionality.

We currently have two issues on github on the topic, issue #71 [1]
describes the problem you have and issue #72 [2] is about adding
support for NTLM for better out-of-the-box support for NLA.
