to associate RDP extension to open remote desktop client in linux

Hi,

I want to use rdesktop to access windows desktop from linux system as in a cloud vdi project.

For this purpose we are into use our old desktops as thin client.

How can I configure rdesk top program to open .rdp extension files automatically when the file has been down loaded from the web browser portal?

rdesktop does not currently support reading RDP files, see issue #30 [1]
for this feature.

We don't support Microsoft's RDP files, so the first step would be that
someone would need to implement support for that format.
