how to fix Scrambled cursor?

I am using rDesktop for remoteapps using seamlessRDPshell and honestly its pretty impressive so far except that my cursor is just a solid white blob that kind of has the shape of a cursor. The real problem is when I try to use apps such as Photoshop, when the cursor changes, sometimes it looks ok-ish, but it still has the white blown out effect. But other times It will just turn into a scrambled square.

Is there any fix for this?
