RDC Week Promotion

Sorry, I meant to send this email earlier today when I sent the DropBox invitation!

I finished creating the promotional items for RDC Week! I added all the files to a folder on my DropBox and shared it with you all, so check your emails for a link from DropBox to view the folder. I sent everything to Lissette and Kelsey earlier this week and they gave me suggestions on what to change. The stuff you see reflects those changes, but if you have anything else you would like changed just let me know. 

In the folder there will be two files for the flyer, the large one is in case you guys decide to have it printed and post it around campus or Austin and the small one is for spreading on social media. The large flyer fills a normal sheet of paper without being blurry, but if you decide you want it to be printed on something a lot bigger than that then let me know so that I can change some stuff around to make sure it's clear after being printed. 

Lissette had an idea to design a template that we can quickly edit a choreographer's photo into for the choreo reveals. All you have to do is insert their photo on top of the black circle or just put a rectangular photo if you don't know how to turn the photo's shape into a circle. The gray box underneath the photo can be used for the choreographer's name and what city/dance studio they're from. However, I might be changing some things with the template so don't anything with it for a day or two!
