Hi leadership!

I'm emailing because pretty much every Friday this semester I work a closing shift. Therefore, I won't be able to make the audition next Friday. This is also because that week one of my managers are out of town, meaning I need to work extra, and no one wants to take my Friday closing shift because everyone already "has plans". What can I do to compensate, as I am still interested in trying out for the team this semester?
