re: goodphil policy

Hola,

Wanted to reach out and make a suggestion re: the Goodphil policy you guys announced yesterday,

Logistically, it doesn't really make sense that Goodphil members wouldn't start their third dance until "after Goodphil." Based on the schedule you laid out, all auditions will be completed way in advance of Spring Break and one choreographer will surely suffer by having to wait until after spring break to have all of their dancers at a rehearsal.

Therefore, my suggestion is that if somebody is both a GoodPhil and RDC choreographer, they are the person whose dance must be postponed until after Goodphil. 

Lastly, I think next time anything that is concerning a specific group of members should be discussed with them individually. It was very awkward and confusing to have the full team present as you discussed a policy that was irrelevant to more than half the team.
