Dear Sharing Fair participants,
We are glad you are joining us for OuiShare Fest :)
I am contacting you to give you some details about the Sharing Fair that will take place on May 7th form 2pm to 6pm in the main hall of the Festival venue (the Circus), since we have decided to give each of you a stand during this afternoon where you can meet others and present your project to them.
We are taking care of all the logistics of the stand (which will be small tables) itself, so you do not have to prepare much)
The only thing we ask you is to please send us your logo before tomorrow, so we can print a small sign for you to put on your stand.
In order to be visible, we also advise you to bring some flyers and wear your own branded t-shirts.
