Interest measures in R

Hello,
I am doing association rule study with Arules package. As you know I could get the list of association rules  with some measures of interest as Support, Lift and so on. I would like to add one additional one which will show me Kulczynski and imbalance ratio.
Would you help with some information about how to edit the response of the instect comand in R.
