deleted nodes keep reappearing

Hi Paul

What should I do after deleting nodes and edges?

They keep reappearing in my Cy window.

Could you give me a bit more context? How (and where) do you delete nodes and edges?

Well, I select them in the Cytoscape window and use

deleteSelectedEdges(cw)

I think this is related to the issue of synching the R session graph object and the one that resides on Cytoscape.
