Paul and co.,
I am teaching a small tutorial on RCytoscape for new users of Cytoscape. Mac users are having a recurring error that the Cytoscape 2.8.3 (and 2.8.2) disc image is corrupt and cannot be opened. (PC users do not have this problem.) Since multiple students have the same problem I guess that this is a problem at the server end? I don’t know how to fix this, please help.
(We remain interested in RCytoscpae for Cytoscape 3.1 and hope funding for this may be obtained.)
