Cytoscape 3.1 and RCytoscape

Hi Paul

Can you tell me please the status of RCytoscape talking to Cytoscape 3.1 ?  

I have a method to plot networks in three dimensions that is useful for making movies of data structures, but using Cytoscape 3.8.3 the nodes appear to flicker because their arrangement changes.  I am hoping that the 3D plugin Gary's group is working on will help.
