Proppant ad that appeared in the Dunn County News, Sunday November 25,
2007.

Proppant's position summary:
1. Changes were made to accomodate issues and concerns of neighbors
and other parties.
2. There will be significant positive economic impact for Dunn
County.
3. The proposal meets the Tainter Township "Year 2020 Land Use Plan"
requirements.
4. The rights of a private land owner should be protected
5. Reclamation will retain and improve the agricultural use of the
land with little change to the rolling hills.
6. Proppant should get the same treatment as Fairmont.
