finally laying down plans

finally putting together plans for an STRV 103,was wondering if I can grab some performance info about everyone else' vehicles and their thoughts on them.

1.weight
2.track length and width
3.ground pressure
4.drive sprocket torque
5.gun vertical traverse limits and speed
6.gun/turret horizontal traverse limits and speed
7.hull traverse rate
8.ground clearance
9.road wheel swing angle limits
10.max speed(forward/reverse)
11.suspension type
12.farthest range you could reasonably hit a 3ft wide x 2ft tall target on the third shot

i want to try  and push the accuracy limits of what's doable nowadays with modern electronics and small scale manufacturing. I've got a lot of bells and whistles planned for the final product, but i want to get it running under its own power and hitting the maneuverability targets i want before going into the fire control systems and the rest of the bits.
