Panel discussion:
“Natural and Cultural Heritage of Luang Prabang and the Role of UNESCO”, by Dr. Richard Engelhardt, former UNESCO Regional Advisor for Culture for Asia and the Pacific, and Dr. Montira Horayangura Unakul, UNESCO Regional Office
“Lower Mekong dams & Mekong ecosystem in crisis” by Emeritus Prof. Philip Hirsch, a former lecturer at the University of Sydney & RCSD affiliated scholar
“Local Voices from the Mekong” by Nopparat Lamun, Institute of Traditional Knowledge Chiang Khong Conservation Movement
