- 1) Asking Govt. of India to Complete "VIDEO CONFERENCING MEDIA PRESENTATION FORMAT" Immediately in the interest of nation As given in My Application dt.23rd Sept. 2008 to The President of India, Fax to Her on 27th Oct., 2008, RTI (Very Urgent) dt. 29th Jan., 2009 in Ministry of Hrd And RTI Reply of The Govt. of India Dt. 20th Feb., 2009 Vide Serial No. 11/2/2009-PI. And Affidavits Faxed by NGO's And CA Students to Min. of Hrd, New Delhi along with "Signature Campaign" in Support of this Media Presentation.
- 2) Take into THE Govt. Custody "Crucial And Confidential Documents" of Atleast 115Kgs To 120Kgs holded by me, which contains detailed Evidences of How Revenue of At least Rs.10000000000000 (Ten Lacs Crores) is Not Reaching Govt. of India's Treasury Every Year harming development of A Common Man and Country to large extent. Also, these documents will give "ROOT SOLUTION(S)" so that such problems never occur in future and every year this much Revenue Reaches Govt. of India's Treasury DIRECTLY, Whereby Every family in India will Not have to Pay Taxes worth Rs. 50,000 (Approx.) every year to the govt. of india. ( ALL THE DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE TAKEN IN TO THE CUSTODY OF CHIEF JUSTICE OF INDIA )
- 3) Serious Errors have been detected in "Revenue Collection And Disbursement Policy And System" of The Govt. of India and Emphasis and Financial Module has been prepared to bring Permanent Solution to it. It has been prepared after putting down Efforts of more than 10 Years of life and this module contains "Finance Theory, Time Theory And Human Resourse Development Theory" in Details and brief of which will be presented in Video Conferencing Media Presentation Format, so that general public can understand the depth of it and once Govt. of India takes these documents to it's custody, copy of it can be sent to the court of law, brief of it can be put for public discussion Etc. as per the wish of Govt. of India.( SERIOUS ERRORS IN "Revenue Collection And Disbursement Policy And System" OF FINANCE MINISTERY OF INDIA
- 4) Being "Policy Matter" The ICAI have no role to play in it. Also, Reply of RTI Supports this point. But being senior student of The ICAI Since Long, Authorities of The ICAI, Can join Media Presentation Format along with Govt. Authorities. However, Results of May 2011 Examinations And Future Examinations too, of The ICAI, to be withheld till The Govt. of India doesn't takes away these documents in their custody and give serious thought to it, as it is very much sure that once these results are declared, "Corruption will Increase" instead of Decreasing. Also, CA Students thru out India to allowed to be on leave with "Pay And / Or Stipend" till these documents reaches Govt. of India Safely. ICAI SHOULD NOT ALLOW TO BE PART OF IT Being "Policy Matter"
- 5) These Documents which contains evidences along with Root Solution(s), will give Immediate relief to common people in stopping rising prises i.e.INFLATION instead of Old And Orthodox Technique Adopted by Govt. of India in stopping inflation. Also, it will be beneficial to any person / country of this world watching this presentation of mine in understanding easily Basic and Core Principles of Finance Easily and overcoming financial crises.
