Dear RCQ members and friends

Gentle reminder to wear your RCQ t shirts and caps  for our annual  Community Project "Groceries on Wheels", this Saturday 13th June 2015,

 

Date: Saturday, 13 June 2015

Time: Registration for Sponsors will start at 9am. 

Venue: Kent Ridge Guild House, 9 Kent Ridge Drive, Singapore 119241

 

The program.

 

8:30am: General Volunteers start to arrive

9:00am: Arrival of Sponsors

9:15am: Briefing starts

9:40am: Welcome address by NUSS and GOH

9:45am: Presentation of Token of Appreciation to RC Queenstown

The plaque will be presented by our Guest-of-Honour, Mr Heng Swee Keat, Minister for Education and Member of Parliament for Tampines GRC.

10:00am: Flag-off

 

Light breakfast will be provided.

Dear  members,  

NUSS has requested that we arrive at 8:30 am,  breakfast will  be  provided.  And base on  previous years,  parking is a challenge when  you  arrive late,  

Please show your support,  never too late  to  register.  

Address is 9 Kentridge Drive, S119241.

Bring  candies  if you  like to  distribute to  the children.  

Besides RCQ logos being  displayed  and  appreciation  given  in the morning,  our Rotaractos, 2 each  from Singapore Poly  and Nanyang  Poly  will  have the opportunity  to  interact with  our  MP  and  Guest-of-Honour, although  more than  40  of them  have signed up  for this event and  11th  June,  they  will  be helping to  pack  the groceries.
