Agenda :

1.Dr. Kabra Ratinopathi camp - will do this time at Shankar Maharaj Math at Satara Road. Confirm date as per Dr.  & Math management. We need 2 new flex for this project. 

We will be serving breakfast /tea for benifitioris.. & donate some "Dengi " to math. 

2.AG & DG visit :- paid 10000/-rs. By cheque towards Sygnus Hall booking. 

Approximately 75 people will  be attending the meeting tentatively.

IPP Lalit & Rajendra to help and form the committee.  

3.Mental Health awareness rally :-It's postponed due to Board examination.  Alpana will give update  regarding  date for  rally.  

4.SERA VERA awards... Alpana will give short details about this award & send  msg on official group.. And ask for names of that person's who is capable for this award.. (for suggestions) will do in April 

Chairman is Vijay Deshpande. Committee 's decision will be final. 

5.Fund raising - Sachin Interior chairman for the same. He will  form the committee and will do the needful.  It was suggested by Sanjay Satalkar and Lalit to ask vendors and collect funds for  Happy  School. 

6. Any other :-

* Stickers for 2 wheelars & 4 wheelers launching on  DG  visit day by DG. 

*On 18/19 April we will be having our club picnic at  BHAU KALE's  farm house..

Per person 800/-charge. 

High tea to next day lunch included. With one night stay charges. 

* Cervical cancer Camp planning :- on 8th March on account of  Woman's day we can take this camp
