Dear President Jayashree,

On this very special occasion when the Rotary club of Pune Sarasbaug completes 11 glorious years of service to the community, I offer you, and all members of the Rotary Club of Sarasbaug, my congratulations & best wishes.

Your club has had a very distinguished beginning 11 years ago when on October 16, 2009 your club’s charter was presented by none other than Kalyan Banerjee who was then Past Director & Past Trustee. The charter was presented to charter president Sudhir Sukhthankar in the presence of then DG Dr. Deepak Purohit.

Over these 11 years the club has rendered yeoman service especially through major projects such as Dialysis center, Thallasemia camps, Happy school, Ln4 project, etc.

Now, an additional feather has been added in your Club’s Cap with Rtn Pankaj Shah being the first member from the club to be elected DG when he takes the reins of D 3131 on July 1, 2021.

I wish you, DGE Pankaj and all members of the Rotary Club of Sarasbaug the very best for the future. Please continue to open opportunities for all those who reach out for Rotary’s helping hand.
