Agenda-

1. Eye check up camp for  rikshawala. Nitin Khirid 

Updated on eye check camp. 

Date for  camp - 9th February @ Back side of VIT campus.

Beneficiaries  200+ Rikshawalas

Rs. 15000 will be given  from  trust.

 Pankaj  will support this project . His contribution will be of Rs.25000/- for the same.

2. Bhor school project- Inaugural. Manoj  Total expenses Rs. 85000/-

Till now Rs.  49000/- received towards this project ( Manoj 25000, Alpana -5000,  Amita 7000, Parasnis -5000, Suresh - 5000 Sachin I -2000).  For the shortfall appeal is to be made to the club members regarding the same.  Amita to update about the 1st February  inaugural  logistics.  

3. Inter school competition on Peace SPM Public School . Prachi madam from  SPM to do the coordination. 

Total cost 3000 to 5000/-

4. Treasurer's report- Kaka updated details. Current balance 190000/-. Balance of 80000/  to be carried forward for next President. 

13800 already utilized towards next year's  installation  venue. 

5. Fund raising  and new projects. 

Alpana  suggested if there is possibility of doing fund raising with Ramkrishna Math natak. Sanjay suggested to watch the show first which is on 3rd February. Accordingly  we can take a call.  

6. AG & DG visit  preparations . Venue to be decided . Also for AG visit dinner to be planned.  

8. Any other

Membership director suggested that all members should  make an efforts to talk to new members so that new members will feel  comfortable  and get assimilated. Everyone agreed  that the necessary  care will be taken.  

Sanjay Shinde came up with  women empowerment project. Club has no cost.we have to identify single woman and they will be  provided  with vocational training and job. This can be an ongoing project. 

Ashutosh  suggested once our website  is updated we can showcase our projects and work  done till now and card swipe facility will be made available so that people can contribute  towards the medical project like thalasmia.

For website  upgrading Rs.10000 will be paid from  trust.
