Once again, request the new trustees to resolve this issue before the hearing date to avoid further complications, failing which & as mentioned by Milind, there will be no alternative but to disolve the trust and pay the fines/penalties levied through the club resources. 

Request Pres. Alpana to take up the issue urgently in BOD and resolve the issue on top priority.

We are in receipt of the notice from charity commisner regarding our trust dealings and documentations and they have asked us to be present for the hearing on 13 th August 2019

The previous trustees have resigned and there are new trustees now but it seems this change has not yet been incorporated in the commisnors office hence myself, Sudhir and Charu and Anil have received this notice, we had requested the present trustees to do the necessary changes in the names of trustees many times but it seems it has not been done any ways better late than never.

I request you all that we meet up to resolve this issue along with our CA as per every bodies convenience.

If we fail to meet and resolve the issue I will attend the hearing and request the commisner to dissolve the trust and comply with all the necessary penalties and close down the trust .

I also request the existing trustees and the existing President not to carry out any activities in the trust till all the issues are resolved.

Kindly also note that the activities of the trust are not being discussed in the club and the club is not being made aware of the status of the trust funds.

Request to the president Alpana to kindly take up this issue in the club and do not carry out any activities or projects unless this is resolved.
