An Appeal for your support
Dear Well Wishers,
At the outset it is once again my privilege and honor to thank each one of you for your ever forthcoming support in the times of need for the NFBM Jagriti school for blind girls. Once again we present an opportunity to you to come forward and contribute for one of our projects which is currently in need of urgent financial assistance. Every year the National Federation of the blind Maharashtra (NFBM), our parent body organizes “Samarthya” which is an annual talent fest for the visually impaired children.
“ Samarthya 2020” will be organized between 08th to 12th January 2020 in Hingoli District. This is a state level interschool competition in which 350 visually impaired students between the age group of 6 to 18 will participate and show case their talent . 30 institution working for the visually impaired from the state of Maharashtra have registered for this competition.
The NFBM will take the entire responsibility of bearing the travel, lodging, boarding, food and beverages and expenses on awards and trophies. This will amount to an expenditure of Rs 4000/- per participant.
The National Federation of the Blind Maharashtra appeals to the enlightened corporate and individual citizens to give an opportunity to our visually impaired students to show case their talent show at Samarthya 2020 . We request you to help us by sponsoring the expenses of as many students as you can. Please note that this project is in urgent need of support for its successful implementation.
All donations to this project will be exempt under section 80 G ( 50%) of Income Tax
