Please find attached the agenda of District Conference UTSAV.

Warm greetings from Team Sarasbaug.

This mail is to update you of the registration procedure at the Conference venue, please inform your registered members accordingly for ease of operations.

Registration desks are allocated clubwise alphabetically  from A to Z.

For example,if your Club name is RC Alephata then your registration is on the desk having the alphabet A.

Only for Clubs starting with Poona or Pune will have the name first affixed with Poona or Pune.
For example...RC Pune Sarasbaug will be Sarasbaug Pune and your registration will be on desk having S alphabet.

For Patrons & dignitaries ,registration will be done on 'May I Help You' desk.

Following is the alphabetical desk allocation...
Table No. 1 A to D
Table No. 2 E to K
Table No. 3 L to M
Table No. 4 N
Table No. 5 P
Table No. 6 R to T
Table No. 7 U to Y

For any registration related issues kindly go to 'May I Help You ' desk.

Our volunteers will be ever willing to help you for a smooth registration process.
