RI SOUTH ASIA OFFICE

Dear Rotary Leaders,

This message is a follow-up to the communication sent on February 8, 2024, regarding the registration process for undertaking CSR Projects under Form CSR 1.

We would like to clarify that this recommendation was prompted due to the requirement of registration for implementing Rotary clubs under CSR-1 by certain Government/PSU companies approached for CSR funding by some clubs, hence the recommendation to register under CSR1 for CSR project implementation.

While the recommendation will certainly be beneficial to implementing clubs in the long term, Rotary clubs can continue solicitation  from private or family-run companies to channel their CSR grants through the Rotary Foundation (India) as they do at present.

Regards,
Bhawna
