Each day I am thankful for nights that turned into mornings, friends that turned into family, dreams that turned into reality and likes that turned into love. Warm Greetings to all in the family.

I am delighted to invite you, your families, your buddies and guests to attend the District 3170 55th District Conference in Goa on 22nd and 23rd Feb. 2014 at Kala Academy , Panjim, Goa.

District Conference is one of the rare and brilliant opportunities to re-focus on why we are Rotarians, to give a good ear to some of the insightful keynote speakers and to learn more about the many ways that Rotarians are making a difference, both in their communities around us and throughout the world. It is also a great time to catch up with Rotary friends old and new and amuse oneself with plethora of entertainment and fellowship activities.

I am sure you will treasure and love the "exquisite mementos" that we have planned to present to each attendees. The Value of these mementos will surely be of the 50% of the cost of the Registration. Plus we assure you that you will take home memoirs that will be cherished for many years to come.

The Food- Of course I am sure you will be delighted with the Spread Banquet. We have two separate Veg and Non Veg Pendols along with separate Kitchens for our fellow Rotarians and their families.Both the pendols will have lip smacking Kolhapuri, Karnataki and Goan Cuisines.You will also enjoy variety of Ice creams and Sweet Dishes to satiate your sweet tooth. And all this will be taken care by distinguished caterers and chefs.

Registration charges- 1. Rs. 2000 per Individual Rotarian.

2. Rs. 3800 per Couple Rotarian

3. Rs. 800 only for individual Inner Wheel Members for one day i.e 23rd Feb. 2014

4. Rs. 2000 if Children above 10 years are going to pick up separate dish from Food Pendol

5. Rs. 2500/- Individual Guests

6. Rs. 4500/- Guest Couple

7. Rs. 5000 per head for spot registration.(Only 150 Spot Registration will be accepted)

Your 2013 Conference Committee has been working extensively long and hard to put on what we consider will be an incredible and lovable conference. All that they need now is for you to be a part of this conference! So Please come early and register. These exquisite Mementos will be presented to the first 1250 registrants and only 150 spot registrants since they have been specially crafted for your families.
