minor comment re. download links on rcouch.org

A simple observation: the way the download links are set up, on rcouch.org, doesn't work easily for command line installations.
e.g., wget https://github.com/refuge/rcouch/tarball/master does not download the tarball, it downloads a binary something;
curl https://github.com/refuge/rcouch/tarball/master - gets you a redirect notice;
you have to use Lynx or something like it to actually get to the download
