Hi,

 

IBM is sponsoring a capstone design project that utilizes System Z Hardware and zLinux. To help the students get started, IBM will give them the following four presentations on Wed Feb 3. They are also open to the RPI community and  students/faculty can chose to attend one or more presentations.

 

Room: JEC 3117
10am - Introduction to IBM and System z Hardware: Giorgos Tsapepas
11am - Virtualization technologies and topics - Nick Sardino
 1pm -  Linux and System z in the business world - Dennis Wunder
 2pm – Demo
