Funding comstraints to small groups: Refugee Council is support for RCO.

Funding is the main issue for RCO communities.

Many small grroups vanish and die due of lack of knowledge for
funding.

Fundreaising skills and information pack is very essencial for RCO.

The knowledge of funders and terminology and langauge used for each
one is very important to understand.

More over the main obsticle is also the references.

I hope the refugee council could help RCO for sustainability to small
groups.
