All my RCNUWC friends

As many of you already probably know we learnt that our RCNUWC friend Reneilwe Lesenyeho (98-00) died last Saturday. She and several of her running partners were run over by a drunk driver during their morning training. (I included 3 press releases ar the end of this email and as an attached file)

We are all deeply shocked by this news and a group of RCNUWC grads is organizing a few ways for all of us to help Reneilwe's family financially and/or have our messages of loss, grief and support be brought to them.

The funeral and memorial ceremony for Reneilwe will be held on Saturday morning in Pretoria/South Africa. Tuffy Hobona (98-00) and Jenny Karlsen (97-99) will attend it. They are willing to help bring financial contributions from our community and any personal messages you wish to send to Reneilwe's family.

Please help us spread the word, we need them by Thursday night (THAT MEANS TONIGHT) in order for Jenny and Tuffy to print/collect and give it to the family.

Messages, pictures...
We are planning to give messages coming from the grads to Reneilwe's family. I therefore took the liberty to start compiling the messages many of you posted on their Facebook wall or on Reneilwe's wall. The result of this compilation is included at the end of the email. If you want to edit/delete your message, or if you want to contribute and your message does not yet appear on this list : PLEASE, REPLY TO THIS MAIL NOW AND TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO DROP A LINE OR TWO. Thanks!

If you have nice videos or photos of Reneilwe, any media you wish to share please the reunion dropbox that was set up to share our reunion picture. I have set up a folder there named “For Reneilwe” where I dropped all the pictures of her I could find in the rest of the dropbox. There is also a collage made of all these pictures (attached to the mail as well).
