Is anyone whose going a backbone.js expert who has time to help me out?  The GTD app that I'm working on probably needs to be javascript heavy as well as having OSX clients..being able to pair a bit with anyone who knows that stuff would be useful

To that end I would really like if anybody with some Backgone
experience could do a presentation this weekend.

I'd be pretty into that, too. Especially Backbone.js and CoffeeScript...

I'd be happy to help/talk about backbone.  What kind of presentation would be interesting?

I've been pretty interested in Backbone.js recently, but haven't built anything real with it yet. Maybe that'd be a good excercise, going through the motions of a small rails backend with a backbone frontend?

+1 for the Backbone.js talk. Have recently been interested but,
haven't found a solid way to jump in.

We've started writing a book: http://workshops.thoughtbot.com/backbone-js-on-rails but it's not finished yet, so it wouldn't necessarily form a good talk structure.

There's a peepcode video that builds a music app: http://peepcode.com/products/backbone-js but it doesnt delve into Rails integration afaik; a later episode (there will be several) might.

I'm happy to give a semi-prepared talk (eg I would prepare it at Rcne) and am also happy to show the peepcode and help people with any questions.

I purchased the book :)

However, I'd still love to see a talk about Backbone.
