Rides and travel plans

There have been a couple questions elsewhere about rides/travel and I just want to reiterate here FTR.

I'll be setting up a spreadsheet for ride seekers/providers in the next couple weeks, so we can get everyone out to Bryant Pond. There are actually three fields on the registration form (after you purchase) dedicated to this: city you are traveling from, if you are willing to give rides, or if you need one. If you are across a puddle or a non-trivial amount of land-mass expect an email from me to discuss where you should fly into.

If you are seeking a ride: I'd suggest bribery in the form of six packs, pair programming, gas money, or lunch/dinner to those who can provide.

I'll do my very best to make sure everyone is accommodated and will be distributing contact details before the event.
