I was able to obtain the below internet speeds and prices available to Braemar resident this morning:
$20 for 25MB
$40 for 50MB
75 MB speed has been eliminated
$119 for 110 MB. The rep (Cindy) did mention that they have just launched the 110 speed and the system price was not showing the Braemar discount in her system. She speculated that our HOA may get the speed bump soon with the launch of 110 now being available. She advised checking back for pricing changes on this speed for Braemar residents. (This price is ridiculous, in my opinion!!)
Note that the jump to 50MB does require a modem swap (tech appt free of charge)

I will call the main number to change my package first. I am currently paying $21 for Showtime and was quoted $11.95 for Starz. My last attempt at better prices was only a month ago.
