to RCN Braemar Homeowners

I was looking to switch from DirecTv to RCN and was wondering what is included/worth it. Was on the RCN website for Breamar and it says 57 HD channels, but when I spoke with the rep she said that all I get is up to 4 digital boxes which can't view HD. Also they said that I already picked up my cable box at the office, which I did not. Seem like more of a hassle then it is worth, probably just going to cut the cord.
