Zone VII-Zonal COTS

Dear all,

We the Rotaract Club of jawalakhel are going to organize ZONAL COTS jointly with Rotaract Club of Patan on 25th August. As its the 1st zonal event we are going to host lets make it successful with maximum participation from our club. Also it will be beneficial to the participant as they will know the rotaract movement more in detail. Both new as well as old members will gain from this training so see you over there.

ZONAL COTS .....
RC Jawalakhel/RC Patan(Host Clubs)
Venue:Future Stars High School Jawalakhel 
Time:7:30-11:00am
Date:25th August(coming saturday)

Registration Charge: Rs 50 only/-

Program Schedule:
7:30-8:00am (Registration)
8:00-8:15am(Formal Program.....ZRR does the welcoming and the DRR gives out a few words. The Host Clubs also gives out few words before we start)
8:15-10:30am(Training session;15mins tea break in between is alloted)
10:30-11:00(Closing Session;wherein every club has 2 mins to give some feedback so please be prepared with a representative from your club beforehand)
11:00 am onwards Refreshment 

Very Important:
1) Please bring a pen and a diary and inform all the members that there will be no stationary provided.
2) We are having the Seminar in five room wherein the Presidents ,Secretaries and Treasurers have a room each ,the Avenue Directors are in one and the general members are in the other.
Lets achieve the target we have set and hope to see all the Presidents,Secretaries and Treasurers of all clubs....

Trainers Are of Expertise would include:(Training)
1) Leadership in Rotaract 
2)Communication Skills
3)Expansion plans of Rotaract(especially in far Western regions)
4)Public Relation Enhancement (going beyond Rotaract and working with other org.)
