I hope you all are busy with your club installations and you are coming up with grand plans for the Rota Year 14-15.
Meanwhile, let me remind you all regarding the GOA RYLA organized by RC Bombay Mulund Valley & Rotaract Club of SIES CE dated 14th Aug-17th Aug.
The dates and itinerary are as follows:
14-Aug / Thu - Departure for Goa _ 10 pm _ overnight train
15-Aug / Fri - RYLA Camp & Musical Evening
16-Aug / Sat - RYLA camp & Carnival
17-Aug / Sun - Departure for Mumbai _ 1 pm _ day train
We had a recent talk with the organizers and they have fixed the registration charge as 120 US $.
This includes to-fro train tickets (Mumbai-Margaon), 2 nights stay with all meals, all training costs, training materials, event charges, musical evening, carnival and so forth
Venue: Byke The Old Anchor Resort, Mobor, South Goa (4 star deluxe property on the world famous Cavelossim beach)
I request all the Rotaract presidents and secretaries to circulate this information to the club.
Please confirm the number of participants from your club.
I would be glad to receive a reply for this mail from your clubs’ International Service Director/Chairman.
I shall update you with the procedures and documents required for registration and also the tentative travel cost to-fro Mumbai.
