Let us congratulate all of us for making the Rotaract movement of RID 3292 much stronger every next day with your effort & investment of time, emotions & finance as well. Its WE who is going to make a difference in our world of Rotaract.

Making Rotaract as profession, vocation & the beloved, the first circle to start the wonderful day & the "R" as the Good Night wink. I have lived each moment of Rotaract as much as a tosspot loves to be in the whiskería. The unbroken chain of attachment with Rotaract in Club level & in District level as Sergeant At Arms & currently as International Service Committee Chair/ Director has made me much focused and dedicated to gain more knowledge about Rotaract which we can use for the new creation and continuity of the better practices which we have.

With the very short span of time, the things has changed in humongous way and we find ourself much closer to the change & change makers, and now its time to march on towards the change which we will create. Its not just about a person but much about the organizational shift of paradigm where effort of all are needed to achieve the desired destination & yes "we are the change".

Hence, to reach the destination of "we are the change"; I'd like to present myself towards you as the candidate for "District Rotaract Representative" for Rota Year 2015-16 of RID 3292, Nepal & Bhutan. 

This email has beed sent to you to ask for Your Club Consent allowing me for the nomination of District Rotaract Representative for the Rota Year 2015-16. I have to remember all the person who encouraged and supported me to decide this major decision of my life including my Home Club Rotaractors & Rotarians, Rotaractors of various clubs and zones, past leaders, my colleagues from various places & my parents and family. I'm well occupied with all the criteria to be fulfilled & the strength to take care about the responsibility and "the power of WE" is always there to achieve.

"Fellowship Through Service" is what we always pray and we will definitely redecorate this particular statement in the best possible way ever.

Please find the attached sample of minute, consent letter & the documents related to my professional background, rotaract involvement & the surface planning for the RY 2015-16 as well.

I really expect you and your club to support me with the club consent in your club's letter head and the minute of the meeting in which the agenda was passed.
